By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions" "Reservation and Check-In" - All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel de l’Eve - Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. - A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges. Room Rates and Payment: - Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. - Additional charges may apply for extra guests, rollaway beds, or other services requested during your stay. - Payment for your stay is due at check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by Hotel de l’Eve. Cancellation and Refund Policy: - Cancellations made within 1 day of the reservation date may be subject to a cancellation fee. - No-shows and early check-outs may be charged the full amount of the reservation. - Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Guest Conduct: - Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and follow hotel policies and guidelines. - Any behavior that disturbs other guests or hotel staff, or causes damage to hotel property, may result in eviction without refund. Liability: - Hotel de l’Eve is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. - Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property or for any items missing from the room upon checkout. Amenities and Services: - Hotel amenities and services are subject to availability and may be temporarily unavailable or modified without prior notice. - Use of hotel facilities such as the pool, gym, or spa may be subject to additional rules and regulations.
