At The MIRI Hotel, we strive to ensure that every guest feels at home, every moment of your stay. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline the rules and expectations for staying at our hotel. Reservations and Check-In Booking: Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 12:00PM, and check-out time is 2:00PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Identification: A valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in. Payments and Cancellations Payment: Full payment is required at check-in. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Cancellations: Cancellations made 3 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a 80% or the cost of one night's stay. No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a charge for the full reservation. Hotel Policies Non-Smoking: The MIRI Hotel is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of 5000 will be charged for smoking in rooms. Pets: Pets are allowed. If allowed, pets must be declared at check-in and a pet fee of 700 applies. Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund. Liability Personal Belongings: The MIRI Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use the in-room safe for valuables. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied to the guest's account. Use of Facilities Amenities: Use of hotel amenities, such as the pool, gym, and spa, is at the guest's own risk. Please follow posted rules and guidelines. Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Guests agree not to use the service for unlawful or disruptive activities. Changes to Terms The MIRI Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
