By making a reservation, staying at our hotel, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not make a reservation or stay at the hotel. Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through third-party platforms. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us. 1.2 Payment: For online bookings, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate type. For direct bookings at the hotel, payment can be made upon check-in, unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or check-in without a guardian or accompanying adult. Check-In and Check-Out 2.1 Check-In Time: Check-in time is from 12:00, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. 2.2 Check-Out Time: Check-out time is by 9:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. 2.3 Identification: Upon check-in, you must provide a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for incidentals. Cancellations and Modifications 4.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of rate or promotion you select at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. For Standard Rates, cancellations made 5 hours/days before check-in will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this time may incur a penalty fee or the full room charge. For Non-Refundable Rates, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. 4.2 Modifications: You may modify your reservation (subject to availability) before the cancellation deadline. Additional charges may apply for modifications to your reservation, including changing dates or room types. Guest Behavior and Responsibilities Smoking and Drug Use: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, including all guest rooms, common areas, and dining facilities. Designated smoking areas may be available. Illegal drug use is prohibited on the premises.
