Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. 1. Acceptance of Terms By making a reservation with KA Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Reservations Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. KA Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not guaranteed with a valid credit card. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the reservation type and length of stay. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation type and length of stay. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy for your reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period may result in a penalty. 4. Check-In/Check-Out Check-in time is 12:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm . Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. 5. Payment Payment for your stay can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. KA Hotel accepts PayMaya, and Gcash. A valid credit card is required for incidental charges. 6. Children Children under 9 yrs old stay free in the same room with their parents. Additional charges may apply for extra beds or cribs. Please inform KA Hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children. 7. Pets KA Hotel does allow pets. There may be a pet fee and other restrictions. 8. Smoking KA Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and on the property. Guests who violate the smoking policy will be subject to a cleaning fee. 9. Liability KA Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines. 11. Amendments KA Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 12.
