Terms and Conditions Welcome to Sunlight Hotel. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. Booking and Reservations 2.1. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid credit card. 2.2. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. 3. Check-in and Check-out 3.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. 3.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4. Cancellation Policy 4.1. Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. 4.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. 5. Payment 5.1. Payment for the stay and any additional services must be made in full at the time of check-in. 5.2. The hotel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. 6. Guest Responsibilities 6.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and not disturb other guests. 6.2. Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's account. 7. Hotel Liability 7.1. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 7.2. The hotel is not responsible for any injury or accident that occurs on the premises. 8. Smoking and Alcohol 8.1. Sunlight Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. 8.2. Consumption of alcohol is allowed in designated areas and must comply with local laws and regulations. 9. Pets 9.1. Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises, with the exception of service animals. 10. Privacy Policy 10.1. The hotel respects the privacy of its guests and ensures that personal information is handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws. 11. Governing Law 11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located. 12. Amendments 12.1. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the hotel’s website and will take effect immediately.
